A ProDeal is our way of supporting those who work in the outdoors every day. It’s an industry discount program, designed exclusively for professionals who rely on high-quality gear in their work.

This is not a general sale or public discount.

ProDeals are reserved for eligible outdoor professionals who use and represent gear in the field.

Who’s Eligible?
You may qualify for a ProDeal if you are: An outdoor education teacher or school program leader A guide, instructor, or ranger working full-time in the outdoors An employee of an outdoor gear or adventure company A professional outdoor athlete, field researcher, or industry partner Eligibility is assessed carefully. Proof of employment or professional role is required.
How It Works
Apply Online – Fill in the ProDeal enquiry form with your details. Verification – Our team will check credentials with your employer or organisation. Approval – If successful, you’ll receive login details and further information. Access Discounts – Once approved, you can access exclusive Offtrack ProDeal pricing.
Important Notes
ProDeals are not transferable – they’re for your professional use only. Discounts vary by category, brand and product – these are communicated once you’re approved. Misuse of the ProDeal program may result in immediate removal from the program.

What Happens After Approval?

Once your application is verified and approved, you’ll receive:

  • Account Access – A dedicated login to view ProDeal pricing and eligible products.

  • Product Guidance – Recommendations and updates from our team, so you’re always aware of the latest gear suited to professional use.

  • Ongoing Vetting – ProDeal memberships are reviewed periodically to ensure eligibility remains valid.

Remember, ProDeals are designed to support you in your professional role — not for reselling or equipping friends and family.

How do you know what products to choose?

Choosing products should be easy, we have narrowed down the list with specially chosen products for students and or parents using it, our professional understanding of environments and trips allows us to only recommend products that are up to the task. From that point on the choice is yours based on how much you intend to use the product beyond the trip, budgets or even how luxurious you wish to do the trip.

How do I buy for my school?

Simple, we can deal with you directly and we will send you a quote directly, from there we can modify swap and change the order as needed. Once we finalise the exact order we can deliver the gear and send an invoice to your accounts team for payment.

Do you make your own gear?

We often do special runs of equipment custom made and tailored for a specific clients needs. This can be anything from group uniforms to custom canvas backpacks. Fortunately we have partnered manufacturing with one of Australia's top equipment suppliers so its not one of our team breaking out the knitting needles.
